Last April 4, 2016, Magsaysay Training Center (MTC) launch its new registration booth located at 2nd Floor GE Antonino Building. This is to widen the presence of MTC to our fleets and also for the convenience of the crews.

Newly hired and ex-crews coming from the shipping and cruise group can now inquire, enroll and pay in Antonino and will just go to Times Plaza once their training has started.
