Magsaysay Training Center received award as the Outstanding Training Center for Cruse Liners held last October 18, 2016 at the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna.

The award was given by the College of  International Tourism and Hospitality Management of LPU-Laguna as part of the celebration of their college week. The LPU-CITHM students were the ones who participated in the selection process of the awardees.

The awarding  ceremony was one of the highlight of their program with a theme: “Kung-gihan: Behind the Reign of Excellence”. Kung-gihan was coined from the old Visayan word “Kugihan” meaning “hard work”. It aims to recognize remarkable achievements of different personalities and establishments who have notable contribution not only in the Tourism and Hospitality industry but also to the vision and pursuit of excellence of LPU-Laguna.
