Total of 92 Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation students from Dr. Carlos Lanting College (DCLC) took their Basic Training here at Magsaysay Training Center (MTC) last January 22-29,2018.
The students were divided into 4 batches and finished the 8-day course as part of their school curriculum and requirement for their graduation.
